WELCOME TO LBV & CO.
Virtual Assistant & Remote Temporary Admin Support
Why Hire a Virtual Assistant?
It is an efficient choice for those seeking support without the overhead of full-time employees. We provide the flexibility you need to focus your core tasks, while ensuring consistency in your daily operations. Whether you're a small business owner, a popular socialite or a busy head of household juggling multiple responsibilities, let a Virtual Assistant handle the tasks that drain your time, so you can invest in the things that matter most.
Embrace the efficiency and convenience that comes having a reliable partner by your side.

The only currency we truly have is time.
I know what it feels like to have it stolen, by broken systems we blindly trust, unforeseeable life events, and demands that arrive without warning.
Suddenly, you are handed a new list of urgent tasks that take precedent, and your previous list?
It still remains.
The ripple effect can be catastrophic. I have made my mission at LBV & Co. to give you back as much time as possible, with care, attention to the details that matter to YOU, reliability, protection and advice grounded in real experience When the clock is running, what would you rather be doing or sometimes have to be doing now?
Delegate the things that don’t create value: emails, scheduling, chasing invoices, household logistics, or the hundred small details that quietly consume your days. Free your energy so you can breathe, focus, and put your time where it truly matters. Whether that is growth, healing, family or simply catching your breath.
Running a business, managing a household, or simply holding life together? You deserve efficiency, support, and someone who gets it, so you can make sure your time is spent where it matters most.

THE VERY SHORT VERSION OF ME
I am a mother of two perfect daughters. My firstborn was my “home” — a word, place, and feeling that had always been foreign to me. I parted ways with her father when she was still young, and I was given an opportunity in land administration, which I seized. I was gifted the best mentors — the level of gratitude I have to this day, and even more so, is not measurable. I learned everything I could. It wasn’t easy, but it gave me a foundation I could draw energy from, one that served me for years to come.
When Baily was nine months old, that “new urgent task list” landed in my lap. She was diagnosed with Schizencephaly, Cerebral Palsy, and Epilepsy. My life, to put it lightly, had already been a masterclass in strength, resilience, patience, and persistence. And now this? Well, it elevated that acumen like going from a master’s to a PhD. I became a professional juggler — ha! I managed 146 appointments that first year.
I went to my new boss and said, “You’re not going to want me here.” He replied, “I would have you four days a week rather than no days a week.” So I kept going — hospitals, specialists, schedules, crises — all while making sure my child knew nothing but love and resilience, while building a new career and managing the personal emotional toll.
But I consider myself a “self-cleaning oven.” I developed systems to manage it all, while also generating a healthy outlet at the gym, for both my mind and body, to carry me through my lists.
Five years later, I reconnected with her father. We had our second daughter, and soon after, life threw us into the unimaginable again: my girls were orphaned, and I was widowed.
I have always been a natural leader — I can turn chaos into wine (I don’t drink wine, haha). In a satirical twist of irony, all that resilience shaped me for the next life chapter headed my way: I became an entrepreneur.
I went on to own and operate multiple corporations, employing hundreds of people. I built companies from the ground up, always serving as a hands-on COO and GM — in the office, on the ground, and in the boardroom. I acquired and managed our family corporate and personal real estate portfolios that stretched from raw land to full renovations, right down to the interior design details.
All this while raising a blended family of eight kids who traveled frequently. Every flight, every plan, every detail, I handled personally. Somewhere in the middle of it all, I opened a bakery — because creativity and joy deserve their space too.
Through it all, I developed an acumen of my own. I became resourceful, unshakable, and relentless under pressure. Problem-solving became my superpower. I built org charts, hired my teams, trained and delegated effectively, and navigated both massive personal and corporate storms.
My life has not been linear, easy, or predictable. But it has been rich with lessons. And those lessons are what I bring into everything I do: empathy, care, and the ability to step in when life or business feels overwhelming.
I know what it feels like to have your time stolen — by people, by systems, by circumstances. LBV & Co. is my legacy to my daughters, my tribute to my life, and the combination of those generates a great purpose.
The only currency I truly have is time. I take it extremely personally when people are cavalier with mine. That’s why I dedicate myself to helping save yours.
